About Us, Insurance Broker Raunds

We are a family business that specialises in providing most types of insurance to the local community. Although we are quite locally orientated we do also have many clients scattered across the rest of the country. Our aim is to provide competitively priced policies and to do so with a high level of personalised customer service. Many of our customers like to deal on a face to face basis at our office. However, we are also perfectly happy to communicate by post, telephone, fax and e mail.

The partners of the business are Ren Stimpson and John Stimpson - a father and son team. The rest of the team includes Hazel, Helen, Joanne and Lizanne. Together they are responsible for preparing your quotations, giving you advice on which insurance policy is likely to best suit your needs, helping you complete your application forms, dealing with your renewals to make sure that you are still getting the best deal available, looking after the administration of your policy, and guiding you through the claims process if necessary.

We intend to offer a friendly but professional service and hope that our down-to-earth and approachable attitude will become apparent in your dealings with us. We are also independent, which means that we act on your behalf, rather than for any insurance company.

We do not feel that you should pay extra for the high level of service that we provide. We aim to keep pour prices as low as possible and will be happy to do anything we can to beat an alternative premium that you have been given elsewhere.

To help keep our prices low we ensure that we have a good range of different insurance companies to choose from. Also, we do not charge extra for routine administration (although we do reserve the right to levy a charge to provide duplicate Certificates or No Claims Bonus proof if we have already sent you the original).

We offer flexible payment options including:

• Direct Debit, through the insurance company or via a separate finance company
• Our own short-term credit agreement for payment over the first three months of the policy
• Cash or cheque
• Debit Card or Credit Card.
